i'm not an artist.
i did not create these beautiful things that reflect through my lens.
not at all, i simply locked them in place so they may never be gone.
i don't want to forget a second.
even in my death, these photographs will keep me alive.
these memories like dreams,
like this gorgeous landscape in front of me,
waiting to be captured.
